Video How to Screen Capture on Google Chromebook
This video contains a guide to taking screenshots and screen recording, yup! This is one of the advantages of Chromebooks, guys!
There are 2 ways that I give in this video... :) Just pin it...
- 1. Using Screen Way
- 2. Using Chromebook Keyboard Shortcuts
For more details, you can see the video that I posted on the RahmanCyber.NET Official Youtube Channel
But if you don't have a lot of internet quota (because it's undeniable, the internet costs here are quite expensive with the quality still not evenly distributed... I don't know how long)
I took a screenshot of the video..
Module How to Do Screen Capture
#1 Way Through Screen Display
- Just go to the bottom right corner
then just click.. - After that, a new window will appear.
Choose "Screen Capture" just click that button. - Then a window will appear containing various tools to take screenshots
there you can set the type of screen capture, whether it's a screenshot in the form of a photo, or a recording in the form of a video which will later be saved to webm format.
Besides, you can also set the capture area.
You can take full screen, partial screen or window mode - So on a Chromebook, not only can you capture screenshots, but you can also record screens.
To capture, you can directly click the capture button, right in the middle of the area you want to capture...
Later, you will be able to see the screenshot in the Chromebook's File Manager.
Method #2 Via Keyboard Shortcuts
There are 3 Shortcuts that I share... I took them directly from the RahmanCyber Channel video on Youtube.
- Direct Screenshot Shortcut Full Screen, you can use Shortcut CTRL + Show Window Button
Later, the screenshot will be in the form of an image, friend, not this video recording. - Partial Screen Capture Shortcut, so here you can set the capture area... for the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + Show Window Button
You can switch from screenshots to video recordings very easily, just by clicking the camera icon bro... - Shortcut Window Screen Capture, so you only capture the Chromebook window that you choose. For Keyboard Shortcuts CTRL + ALT + Show Window Button
